We review a listing before it goes on sale and we verify suppliers, which is not the same as authoring what they say. Where a listing is wrong, the supplier is the author of the statement and we are the party you tell about it.

The name BuyAsATeam, the marks and the design of this site belong to the operator. The text and images inside a listing belong to whoever supplied them, who grants us the right to display them here.

If something on this site infringes a right of yours, write to the legal address above with enough detail to find the page and to understand the claim. We remove material that infringes and we tell the member who posted it why.

What we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have are set out in the Privacy Policy. It is a separate document because it is longer than a notice and because it is the one a data protection authority reads.

This site keeps your sign-in and your basket, which it cannot work without, and — only if you allow it — who referred you, for thirty days. Nothing else is stored on your device, and the choice is offered on your first visit rather than assumed.

These pages, and any dispute about the site itself, are governed by the law of Singapore. Disputes about a purchase are governed by the Terms and Conditions, which set out the escrow, the dispute procedure and the arbitration clause that apply between a buyer and a supplier.
