By becoming one of the top 10,000 members with the highest direct commissions earned during a calendar month, you will qualify to share in the Monthly Leaders' Pool, which is funded by allocating 5% of all revenue generated by the website. Your share of the pool will be based on your Leaders' Sharing Ratio, which is calculated by dividing your total direct commissions earned during the calendar month by the total direct commissions earned by all qualifying leaders during the same calendar month.

How a place is earned
A place is not bought and not held. Each calendar month the table is rebuilt from what members actually earned in it, so a leader has to lead again the next month.

With $4,960 of direct commission this month, out of $100,000 across all qualifying leaders, your sharing ratio is 4.96%. In a month where the pool receives $100,000, that is $4,960.

- What does a place cost?
- Nothing, and there is nothing to subscribe to. A place is earned by finishing a calendar month among the top 10,000 members by direct commission. There is no fee, then or later.
- Which commissions count?
- Every payable level 1 commission: the referral link, the direct invitation, the deal recommendation and the BME verification. Not the buyer discount, which is a lower price rather than a payment, and not the pool itself, or your share would depend on your share.
- Is the pool guaranteed?
- No. The pool is 5% of markup actually settled, so it grows with real sales and is zero in a month with none. The figures above are live for that reason.
